Second Army
During World War II the Second Army was the core element in the British contribution in the D-Day landings in Normandy and subsequent advance across Europe.The BMC British Soldiers were introduced as part of the D-Day bagged and boxed playsets in 1991. The figures are cast in a khaki (tan) with hollow bases and scaled at 54mm. The plastic is both lightweight and rigid.
